After reviewing all screenshots, messages, and both sides’ explanations, the following points are clear:
The buyer was blocked and removed from the service on the same day, right after requesting a refund.
The seller claims to provide a “private cloud”, however shared data appears identical to other clouds listed on patched.sh – this creates misleading expectations.

Regardless of seller’s ToS, removing access right after payment without giving full service time is not acceptable.

Therefore, the seller has 24 hours to choose one of the following:
Restore full access to the buyer (unblocked + re-added to the cloud),
Or issue a full refund ($25) to the wallet address provided by the buyer.

If none of these options are completed within 24 hours, the report will be finalized as scam and the appropriate actions will be taken.
Thread will remain opened until the 24-hour deadline.
