You were not classified based on charging extra.

The classification is based on the fact that the agreed service was not fully delivered and the service stopped when the buyer declined additional payment, despite no terms being agreed on how such a situation would be handled.

Charging extra is not the issue.
Undelivered service time without an agreed no-refund condition is.

The decision remains unchanged.
You are still required to refund the undelivered portion within the given timeframe.

Further repetition of the same argument will not change the outcome.
