Hiring somebody to do interviews online for a job I've posted

Like the title suggests, I'm looking for somebody to do interviews, preferably somebody who can speak close to fluent/fluent English.
These interviews will happen on teams (most likely just voice interviews) and ill provide you with the interview questions and what else you need to tell them. Each interview will be 15-20 minutes and I'm paying $7.50 per 15 minute interview and you will need to do a couple of these over the span of a week most probably.
