 The seller has 24 hours to complete the upgrade using the account provided by the buyer.
If the upgrade is successfully delivered within this time frame, the dispute will be closed.

However:

If the seller fails to deliver the service within the 24-hour window, a full refund becomes mandatory—regardless of the “no refund” ToS—because a service that was never delivered cannot fall under a no-refund policy.

This is the final directive for both sides.

Additionally, the buyer’s multi-account situation will be reviewed separately after this dispute is resolved.

And you say you don't want to refund me, and that I'm not cooperating. So explain to me, you failed on all three of my accounts, what solution do you propose?

Because you just said it yourself, it's not possible on a "fresh account," so if I provide a new account, it will necessarily be "fresh," and you won't be able to do it then?
In any case, the promised 24-hour deadline has long since passed, but I'd still like to know your proposal :)

So what am I supposed to do? I already provided my three accounts, and he told me it didn't work? He's going to find another way to blame me.

@Brox created a Telegram group with @beastmode, and he finally agreed to refund me. (All that for this!)
He asked for 24 hours for the refund, so I'm waiting.
