Additional Information: Was for OFM fix/refund for monitor. I ended up calling amazon to get my account back, before he closed/deleted it for "nonpayment". I didn't get any refund, despite his "proofs" and the orders that he supposedly placed on my account weren't visible when I checked my account either. I couldn't pay the 450 immediately due to unfortunate circumstances, But I also had no means of verifying that the refund was coming, Which partly played into my delaying of payment, However I'm glad I didn't pay the full amount. 
This user is already banned for scamming in cracked.sh
