Short Description Of Product/Service: Paid for a refund didnt complete refunds claimed he would refund me been 1 going onto 2 months been hiding still post in his channel and dosent respond claimed he sent some money back to me but lied and sent money to his own address.

I would like to clarify the situation regarding the Samsung order I undertook on your behalf. As agreed, my service fee for processing the Samsung order was $350. The refund was initiated as requested, but midway through the process, you informed me that you had purchased the Samsung method yourself and no longer required my assistance. Please understand that I had already begun the process and carried out my part of the work prior to your change of decision. Therefore, while I am willing to refund the $350 service fee as a goodwill gesture, I will not be refunding the full amount, as my work was already in progress and partially completed.

No you clearly havent responded and ive submitted proof your refund hasnt worked nor has it worked to date and second you have made no communication with me and finally you were paid for that refund for someone else not me personally you cannot hold money that wasnt for the refund nor at the time was the refund even completed for you to keep the money below is more proof that he has been holding money and its been dang near 2 months now refund was denied and he hasnt done anything to keep the money
