Additional Information: First i bought method how to get gift cards 70% cheaper right all sounds so skibidi nice (amazon...) i get a list of shops like treyshop and memeshop lmfao which do not sell (amazon) gift cards at all, i contacted support he starterd showing me screenshots of some shit thats not even in guide then we talked for bit out of context, then he wouldn't proceed with refund or replacement whenver i say refund or replacement he takes 2 days to answer then i have to say smtg like "skibidi" and he gets ragebaited and called me mentally ill lmfao  https://ibb.co/6RDdH7K4 this is the end and he blocked me lmfao

Hey owner of the shop here, person that is saying that got scammed was only talking to our support and not me, he informed me about it later, he deleted first chat with support where he texted about that he wants to like collab with us because he has prepaids that we can add to shop and sell, but the bot he was talking about that sell prepaids was not his and he didnt have any contact with the owner or anything, he sent support a video on how those prepaids work and after that deleted the chat for no reason, I also have screen recorded video that he sent to support so I can prove that he had chat with support already but he deleted it. In the screenshots you can see that our support offered him a store credit or replacement but instead of taking it he kept on trolling and saying bunch of chilidsh things and kept on insulting the support which is very against the rules on any shop or forum or whatever site, I even texted him myself as you can see in the screenshot and told him that there is no reason to argue and beef and that I can add him the balance on the site but he just said bet bet and nothing happend. So basically whole situation is based on somebody who just tried to troll and didn't even care wtf is he going to recieve, he was offered to get balance or replacement many times but he just kept trolling for no reason. If there is anything else that we need to prove let me know. Also about amazon giftcards, we always announce when they add them and when people stock them in our main channel which also can be seen in screenshot, also its stated that you won't find them always on the shop because all logs, giftcards, anything have their own wave till they get patched and later come back to the shop again. The "proof" that he sent proves nothing but him insulting the guy that works on our support, those people are paid to answer to their questions and they don't need to be insulted and he was very good in his job since he kept answering him even if he trolled the whole time. Im not sure do you don't want to read or take a look at screenshots that I provided or you are still trolling, the issue isn't in "skibidi" you called our support a idiot in the deleted chat, on drugs in the new chat and n word 10+ times, every time you was asked do you want replecement or store credit you just kept on trolling, "send kisses" "lmfaoo" "lmaooo" "skibidi" and other, also if you wanted a store credit why you didn't provide me your email when I personally texted you? Its in those screenshots, you just said "lmfaoo bet bet". Its clear that you don't care about what you got and will you get replecement or balance or whatever, you never gave your email or anything, we can't give replacement or store credit without email, the whole point of your texting is trolling. You can get your 10$ back thats not the issue or a point here, that product has been sold 500+ times and it has like 400 reviews, but the fact that you are trolling and ragebaiting a guy on support that gets paid for answering and helping you is sad honestly. You never accepted store credit or replacement, when i personally asked you if you want it you answered and ghosted me, so that literally shows that you don't care about it, you are only there to troll. Also in descriptions it says that not all products mentioned are guaranteed to be stock cause those are logs, they come and go, so complaining about something that is literally mentioned in the description is crazy.

He warned you that you will get blocked if you troll again and right after he told you that you kept on trolling with "skibidi baby" "oh its a typo". Im not sure what are you crying about when you was warned what will happend, if you was fair and respectful it would be finished in 5 text msgs like with other customers. Go to whatever shop / forum / site and try to troll, you will either be left on seen or blocked ASAP, he tolerated you for few days so gotta give him respect for that.
