Additional Information: He told me that the Amazon refund was successful and asked me to pay him and leave a review for him, so I did. About 4 hours later, Amazon canceled the refund and restricted my account for "violations of the Amazon.com Returns and Refund policy". So i sent him that. He said he can help me with bank chargeback, but I don't wanna use his services again. I asked him if he can send me my money back since the refund failed, but he refuses and he says I can either add it to "service balance" or do a bank CB. But i don't wanna use his services again, I just want my MONEY BACK! And he also posted the "positive review" I left him even though he knew the REFUND FAILED (i deleted that review from our chat after thinking it'll get deleted but it's still up on his channel, posted after I told him my account got restricted)!

Our service was performed in full and successfully — the refund was approved and processed by Amazon. Unfortunately, its subsequent cancellation by the Amazon system after 4 hours is a rare but possible case of force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

We understand your disappointment and acknowledge that our policy regarding such disputes has not been fully developed. Retaining the full service fee for work that ultimately did not result in financial benefit to you is unfair.

As a solution, we initially offered to credit the amount to your internal balance for future services or assist with a chargeback. We understand that this did not meet your expectations.

Our new proposal: we are willing to meet you halfway and, as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain our reputation, we will refund 100% of the commission you paid. We were able to get a refund for the money paid to the worker. We value every customer and do not want you to have a negative experience.
