Additional Information: after the account didn't work (which i received after a few hours). He took too long with a replacement so i asked for a refund which he refused even though it is stated in his rules. Now he neither wants to give me a refund or a replacement. this guy is a scammer. i should have done research and looked at @Ashk post and not bothered with this piece of shit.
