I apologize for all these things, i used Spotify for only 1 year but my payment method is auto pay .
Every month its get deducted from my account and spotify continues without any intereption,
I gave them this information but they were not listening to me and were using abusive words , 
I gave them option of immediate refund but they were not listening to anything , 
my payment method is auto pay method my all customer know about this ,if my customer have any problem,i will  fix it within 10 minutes ..
I have 25+ spotify customers ,They have not facedany such problem till now ..
And i have refunded their money and was also ready to give them a spotify premium for 1 year but I dont know what their problem

I asked 2x if you will provide spotify premium for 1year, you said YES
You selected FAMILY when you paid, on purpose ==> SCAM

I suggest you to be ban to be sure a liar/scammer. If on those case with suck evidence safe mesure are not taken then you will have a lot of people getting scam.


He did everything on purpose, non of what he said or did is a mistake.


Please admin be rigorous, today its "I apologise", tomorrow is an exit scam (and again, I threated him of doing a scam report thats why he offer refund)

As other seller, this seller is a big time scam.

I asked for 1 year spotify premium SOLO (the only formula that allow you to have 1 year direct), he provide 1 month family.
I asked 1 year Gemini Ai, he incresed the price in the conversation compare to the price he show (from 50 to 65$)

He refund the spotify premium (15e), but only because I realised after checking that he provide 1 month family and not 1 year solo, he didnt come to himself even worse, he sent message saying its done.

I want to mention that they have to select the subscription and pay for it, so its not a mistake, its on purpose and you should definitely ban this type of seller that are scammer. 


I know from exchange with you guys that your intention are good and are to keep the place safe, but you should not allow at all this type of seller. They dont give a shit , they try to scam on purpose. 
I saw it because I double check with the previous experience I reported for the same problem, what about if I didnt do it ?

You didn't like my service so, i gave your money ,go and try from someone else if he is giving good service

The seller listed and sold a “1-year plan” which was actually a monthly-renewing plan for 12 months. Despite the buyer asking twice, the seller confirmed it was a full-year plan, which was misleading.

They also claimed to have products they didn’t actually have and initially quoted a higher price than listed, later editing the listing when questioned.

Although a refund was issued, this doesn’t fully clear the seller of responsibility.

As a result, a 1-month DWC will be applied to seller profile, and they must clearly state in their thread that the “1-year plan” renews monthly over 12 months.

Repeated behavior of this kind may result in a permanent ban.
