I delivered the smtps, he blocked them then asked for replacements. I tested the smtps before giving it to him.
It's not my fault that he has no idea on how to use them, he clearly have no idea on how to use them. if he had asked me how to use before blocking I'd gladly help like I help all my other customers.

The screenshot in my images clearly shows SMTPS that wouldnt even connect when testing never mind sending.

You should me SMTPs that clearly dont work and have basic cracking passwords. How have I managed to block the SMTPS by sending one test email, when the SMTP didn't even connect. You sell dead tools which can easily be cracked by other people before I even use them. Please provide replacements or refund

I never said you didnt deliever the product, I have said that you provided a DEAD product. I complained about your customer service, becase as a seller, if you are offering "- Assistance in Setup" you need to ask the customer. If they have done this before or not, not assume "Because of my name" (Theres different types of spamming btw".

How is it possible that I killed 50K SMTP's by the time you have sent it to me/tested it, its not possible. You provided me dead details as the SMTP's struggle to connect not even send. You didnt even give me chance to ask for help because you toke nearly 48 hours to send my product after payment and another 48 hours to come back regarding my issue. Your customer service is terrible and a refund/replacement is due
