Messaged apexrdp first here on the forum but then he asked me to contact him on telegram, once I did that the price increased from 20$ advertised on his thread to 30$ but we agreed on 23.31$ since that was what I had left in my wallet.
I paid, asked him how much time it takes for the upgrade, he said 5-24h.
Waited for 2 days and then got a random prime account instead of the upgrade that I paid for
Since then he keeps avoiding doing the upgrade and tells me to don't worry...
Problems:
1 I didn't get what I paid for and what we agreed on.
2 The account he provided instead has been used before and has upgrade cancellation warning on it anyway (can provide admin the user:pass received)
3 apexrdp keeps avoiding any kind of resolution
I am not interested in a random account he provides, we agreed on an upgrade with a 1y warranty, if he cannot provide it that is totally fine he can refund but he keps avoiding and only thing he does is say "don't worry"
