Additional Information: I messaged the seller on Telegram, through his bot, enquiring about a custom KYC bypass on a specific website via a provided link. He quoted me 55$. Once the chat moved to direct pm’s, I endeavoured to ascertain that the seller could provide the services to a certain standard, which he agreed to. From my side, I agreed to providing a video necessary for bypassing the live selfie. Everything looked good so I sent payment for the price that was agreed. The vendor told me before trading that the process would be completed within 30 minutes, but I didn’t get any update or receive a response to my message, despite being in his “working hours”.
After doing some research on the forum, I discovered that this POS may be linked to Vacancy because they both quote the same Telegram ID as contact in the threads here and here.
Frustrating day dealing with other dodgy vendors, led to me forgetting to check beforehand. In future, I may just conduct all trades over 20$ through MM and escrow, because it seems some people have no pride, even willing to run away with 55$. It’s little money, but I could do without the inconvenience and waste of time.
