Additional Information:

I made a thread asking for dell serial number sellers, I was messaged by markeloff411 aka @thehulkheart on telegram- you can see other posts on this site where he says that is his telegram. 

He said he sells dell serials and could supply. I had some requirements such as type of serial and registration status. He said he had that and even sent a screenshot of the item meeting my requirements asking for $25.

I sent payment and he confirmed - he sent me an entirely different serial number, different from the screenshot and when I informed him it was different he stopped replying and hasn't replied in days despite being online. He has even been online on this site and yet refuses to refund or supply the serial i paid for.
