Hi dear admin, This person deal me to give me a paypal account for $3.5 which have bank or card attached and he also told me that it takes him to deliver this paypal within 4-6 hours max but its already 4 days ago and I still not get the accounts and he removed me on telegram and also didn't responding me here on patched conversation as you can also see in attachment,
Kindly please resolve my this issue,
