Additional Information: I bought the account on 2nd September, since then I was waiting more than 60 hours. After that, I decided that I wont accept the account anymore and ask for a refund, since his site is saying "INSTANT DELIVERY" and I dont think that 3 days waiting is instant delivery. 
He even mentioned about "OTP" that aswell was and still is not mentioned on his website. 
Since September 5th I was asking him for a refund, he even confirm to me that I will get it and that "he is working on it" and then quickly change his statement, that giving me a refund is "hard", bear in mind that I never attempt to login on the account he presented me, because before I get it send, I asked for a refund. 
After that, he again changed his mind and told me that "He will give me a refund, but because he cant access his paypal right now, he will give it to me at night" of course, I didnt recieved nothing, at that point I decided to just report this, I think that I was patient enough
