Additional Information: Purchase the service a week ago, i told them that the user who boosted got automatically kick and the users need to atleast react to a post to stay in the server, now the boosted was automatically gone after 3-7days and also no reply since 10/21/2025

I wanna ask for a refund but they don't even care to reply to my issue at all. maybe this time it will caught their attention.

i also reply on your thread it seems like you also didnt get any notif of that? and just ignore and bump your thread?

made a ticket about it and just ignore me completely for 7 days didn't even bother to read the issue i ask and just reply "you have to turn off anti raid bots for this" 
if you can't bypass the "anti raid bots" which just reacting for a role just refund me.
