HMC2.2.4 Invalid login error

Why can't I log in normally with my authorization code?

My system is Windows 11. 22H2
The account also underwent two-level verification.
Accounts and HMC are also on the same device
Turning the VPN on and off doesn't work.
Windows Defender has also been shut down.
