Additional info: bought 1 year of YouTube and after a month it reverted back to normal and he magically reply’s as soon as I threaten a scam report and has another scam report open for him so not lookin good

This is second scam report I have had to open just to get my products to work now it’s YouTube and Spotify 12 months

He did fix my issue! You can close the ticket. Not sure the point in lying about the credentials thing that was pretty weird.
