Shaggy was great to work with. Consistently provided detailed updates on the status of my order, even when the store was not cooperating. We hit a few snags but Shaggy was reassuring and continued to work hard to get my order completed as quickly as possible. Was able to complete my order in the expected timeframe. Will continue to work solely with Shaggy.
