Evidence for the first picture. The customer who made the purchase on August 31st said they had a problem. It was successfully delivered. https://imgur.com/a/vwJAfr5 You can see the entire conversation.
 
You can also see in the pictures that he says it didn't work on September 1st. But when he contacted me on September 1st, it had been successfully logged in. You can see from here that the first image is fake.

If what he says were true, he would have sent me the recordings of his conversation with the customer. But he refuses to do so.
 
I demand the cancellation of the case and punishment for this person for lying again and misleading people.

I request the conversation he had with the customers. If it doesn't exist, then he filed a lawsuit just to bother me.

None of my customer accounts are fixed as on date. 

Reposting the same information from my Original Report because the Seller is blind.

Screenshots of Communication: This Scammer deleted all Telegram Conversations because he is a Scammer.
Purchased ChatGPT PRO accounts and none of them failed to meet the 1-month Warranty which the Seller promises.
I lost my money because I paid for over 50$+ yet none of the accounts fulfilled their Warranty of 1 month.

The same was informed to Seller pollymydolly and he refused to fix this Issue. But after hours of arguing with him, he finally agrees to send another 2FA code for login again.

6. On Aug 1, the very next day, account logs out again.

Details of minimum 2 accounts that were bought yet not fixed are listed above along with Timestamp and sellers refusal to fix the accounts.

When I sent him proof of accounts not working, he suddenly closes his eyes and says 'You did not send me proof'. Then tells the same thing over and over and over with no stoppage like verbal diarrhea. 

He again lies to the management here that he will send all proof, yet, he hasn't shared any Chat Transcript which he deleted on Telegram.

First, he wanted 216$ from me because he sold me a hacked account and the account got suspended. He failed.

Now he wants me and my Customers to pay him and bath him in a pool of money.

I threw away all the evidence. You can check them one by one. I responded to all the pictures.
 
Also, I am requesting evidence for the customer who is currently claiming compensation. If you cannot prove this, it means you are lying. That's how it will be.

 I use deepL because my English is weak. I just copy and paste directly. If you pay attention to the spelling, you can tell I'm using a translator.

I already wrote the same thing in the post. You're just crying because you couldn't present these and I proved all the photo claims with evidence. That's all.

Customers requesting access under warranty were listed in the very first post of my scam report. With date and time.
Presently there are 2 customers whose accounts are not honoured under warranty.

They demanded me to send them 2FA and I inturn demanded you to allow them access from July-August conversations.

Proof with Timestamp of their demand to me is available in the very first post of this report.
You intentionally deleted all my Telegram conversations with you, so you deleted all my requests to you and blamed me and my customers that we are violating TOS.

You are yet to send me all my uncropped and unedited Telegram conversations with you and keep bluffing even to Staff here.

Just because you use a Translator doesn't mean you can ask me to pay you 216$ and now, asking me and my customers to pay you as compensation what?

Next what, you'll ask me and my customers to carry out in a chariot over our heads?

I genuinely believe you have health issues.

In the previous report, @beastmode; clearly stated that the account was not cracked, that it was legally purchased, and that my information was verified.

In fact, you received a 30-day DWC ban for lying about this matter.  

1- Its not cracked account its fully legal. I proved this to the administrators. You can cry about it.
 
I also provided additional evidence for all the pictures you posted. PLEASE STOP NOW.
 
And let the administrators look into the matter.


2- A refund was issued to him for the remaining 22 days. It was $16. He had already left a negative review on my profile for this reason.

You can check the screenshots and the txid; I made the payment to him. So, no one is at a disadvantage.

1. You contradict your own statements: First you asked me to pay you 216$ and created a Scam report only to get busted  by the Staff as you were at fault and not me. The report got closed putting a shame on your face.

2. Now you contacted me on PM and asked money from me and from my Customers 'as compensation' which I displayed on this Scam report and you are getting scared. So my Customers and me have to pay you 50$ and the 216$ also as per your request. Also I have to pay you 45$ for your 'all in one AI Upgrade' because you said you cannot fix these 2 accounts anymore. So according to you, I have make a total payment of 216$ + 50$ + 45$ = 311$ to you as compensation. Please list out how many more payments that me and my Customers should make you, in addition to this 311$? It will be easier if you list it.

3. If I received a Ban I would not be able to access the forum. I received only a Warning because I did not initially declare I resold your trashy accounts and it was me who bought your shitty accounts directly from a retard like you. If you legally bought the Subscription why did you ask money from me instead of contacting OpenAI Support and providing them with your 'legally purchased receipt / bill' and asking them to restore Subscription? Wy do you keep asking money from me when you know you are getting nothing from me?

4. This scam report is about min 2 accounts that you failed to fix / honor warranty and are refusing to refund for the balance days in Warranty.

Both my Customers already asked for 2FA codes for logging in. I intimated you as well. You refused and constantly denied to send the codes again.

I already indicated in this Scam report against @pollymydolly that the Scam happened during July-August and that if the timeline is invalid now, Forum Staff could review this report and close it. But that doesn't change the following:

However, it is for the Moderators and Staff to see the Shady practices this Scumbag @pollymydolly used to sell his Bad Quality ChatGPT PRO accounts: violating forum rules by:
1. making shady TOS that states 'a 2FA code will be given only once during the 30 day Warranty period'
2. Refusing to honor Warranties for previously purchased accounts and blindly blaming the Customer that they violated TOS and refusing to replace.
(Now after creating the Scam report, he becomes a chameleon and pretends to be so helpful to me and declaring that he will honor the lost days in Warranty.)
3. Asking his own Customer to buy more and more Upgrade accounts from him to avoid these 2FA problems on hacked ChatGPT PRO accounts.
4. Creating False / Fake Scam report on his own Customer and asking me to pay 216$. 
5. Sending PM's on Patched and demanding money again from me and my Customers 'as compensation' to him.

You can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep. 

Since I already posted proof, you have nothing else to do in your life except nagging about it and keep beating the dead log over and over again and asking me for money as 'compensation'

As you said, if 2 customers have missing days.

The date and messages of the first purchase made by the 2 old customers.

He successfully logged in first time on the same day, but got logged out later. His second code was sent on September 01, and after some minutes it got logged out again, because he accidentally closed Chrome or something.
