Hello, I made a $13 purchase for a Nitro Boost that was supposed to be delivered "INSTANTLY".

I didn't hear anything. The seller told me to wait because he was having a problem with his bot.

I waited, and the next day there was still no news. The buyer wasn't responding to me anymore (neither by private message nor by support ticket).

I asked a friend to send him a random message, and he obviously replied in less than 10 seconds, while my messages had gone unanswered for several hours. I waited some more, and then he offered to refund me in LTC.

I paid via PayPal: $13 + $2.30 currency conversion fee (€ to $). I paid via PayPal because I don't have any cryptocurrency or an exchange account, as I had told the seller. Now he only wants to refund me in crypto, so I'm wasting time, incurring PayPal fees, and I have no way to cash out my money since I don't have any crypto.
Regarding PayPal, he says his exchange isn't available, and when I ask him when it will be available, he never answers (repeatedly).

Finally, he reiterates "Only in crypto" for the refund in his last message.

I've already wasted my time, and the seller is clearly taking me for a fool.
I don't want to lose a single penny in a transaction where he failed to do his job.
I simply want a refund via the payment method I used, namely PayPal.
