Something caught my attention in the message exchange with the customer.
 
In December, the customer was supposed to send him the first message. They were supposed to specify the day of loss and request usage.
 
However, if you pay attention to the first messages, NGOnfire sends the first message after September 1.

 
This case was created on December 8 at 7:30 PM. Three hours after creating the case, they send a message to the customer.

 If the customer had requested compensation for the lost day or requested a refund for the lost days, they would have had to write to NGOfire for a refund or to reactivate the account.
 
As can be seen in the pictures, there is no such thing.
 
He only did this to gather false evidence for the case.
 
For these reasons, when I asked him to send me the message the customer sent him in December, he refused. And he stalled us.
 
So what they said at the beginning was a lie.
 
Also, if you look at the date he filed this case, he sent a message to the customer on December 8th. The customer's
 
last message to him was in September 1. There is no message from the customer asking for compensation.
 
So the customer did not send the first message in December.

 Additionally, if you look at the image NGOfire shared in the first message of the case, the customer's last message came on September 1st. And on September 1st, I had already delivered the code to him.
 
You can see in the previous messages that I delivered it. I shared it visually.
 
This is clearly a fake case.

A lawsuit has been filed against NGOfire on another forum. If you look into this $112 lawsuit, you will understand that NGOfire should make a refund.
 
This is because they sold the product as a 1-year subscription but delivered it as a 1-month subscription. When the customer requested a refund, they tried to prolong the lawsuit with excuses.
 
I hope that customer can get their money back from NGOnfire.

@beastmode This Seller [b]pollymydolly clearly is extremely manipulative and lying blatantly even to the Administrators and Staff  of this forum as well as on Cracked.sh. 

If you go through my previous posts on this Scam Report, you can clearly see the following:

1. A chatGPT PRO account purchased by me on August 29 worked for 2 days and got logged out. pollymydolly even now refuses to send me the Chat Transcripts that I spoke with him since July, he intentionally deleted all the Conversations and now lying to you, me and all the Staff here that I was the one who deleted the Chats. He deleted them and ran away. He thought he can scam people and just get away with anything. [/b]

After he deleted all my Chat Conversations with him on Telegram, he again contacted me on Telegram on December 09 after I created a Scam report and him and he still have his DWC Warning here as well as on Cracked.sh, and it appeared to me as if it is the first time he ever spoke with me on Telegram, because he deleted all previous Chats. He kept on threatening me on December 09 so I did block him on December 09 on Telegram. I blocked him after he threatened me on Telegram on December 09, which has got nothing to do with the Chat conversations I had with him since July 2025.

However, what I ask him is why he got so scared and afraid that he deleted all Chat Conversations that I had with him Since July 2025, because he expected he can cheat me and run away with no trace or proof and never expected this Scam Report can backfire on he himself. Shame on him for tampering evidences that prove that whenever I asked him for a code again, he refused to send me. 

All I say here is that he refused to fix the Warranties or 2FA codes for these 2 customers since July-August 2025. Yes, I created this Scam report recently for a scam that happened during July-August. If I'm not allowed to report a scam that happened a few months ago, please go ahead and close this report. But that doesn't change the fact that [b]pollymydolly
 is running a Shady business, Tampers all key evidences, contacts on all platforms and keeps on Threatening, Abusing being a Racist himself and lies even to Moderators of a Forum, so either he should be banned for his scams or a minimal stoppage of all his Trashy LQ services that he sells in the name of Account Upgrades. They are all Scams, lies and deceptions. 

When proven his own faults, all he does is demands money from his own customer, creates a scam report on his own Customer, asks money as 'compensation', pollymydolly you are such a disgrace to everyone around you. 

Do not get fooled by all his lies and manipulations that he is attempting to make on you and all other Staff here, he will even try to fool anyone at any cost, just to save him and his Scammy and Shady Business practices. 

The account that stopped working on August 29 is not  being fixed till date and pollymydolly keeps on adding lies and bluffs to his already disproven Reputation and Reliability.

Regarding my Scam report on another Forum, that is none of your business. So stop your verbal diarrhea and take care of your life, since you have no other job other than to see what I do, what I post etc.  Stop stalking me on all forums else you will be reported again, remember I'm not your girlfriend.[/b]

The product was sold with a 30-day warranty. Regardless of it being a shared account, the seller is responsible for providing continuous access during the warranty period. Loss of access and refusal or failure to restore it constitutes unfulfilled warranty.

@pollymydolly must refund the affected amount within 24 hours.

There are no accounts with active subscriptions. Therefore, you cannot request a refund from me claiming there is an issue with your previous purchases. If there had been an issue, you would have included them in this case.

So you cannot file another lawsuit against me.
