Additional Information: Paid over £150 on Nov 29 for a 3–5 day apple refund service. Still not done over two weeks later. Multiple excuses and long waiting times in replies despite claiming that this is being "pushed daily". New worker added but barely responds. No meaningful progress made.

updates been in the order group bro so it’s not like we ghosting u or nothing. it’s just taking longer from store/apple side, that part not really in our control

delay dont mean scam. refunds like this sometimes take time and can drag out, it happens

we still pushing it from our end and i keep u updated soon as there any movement. just be patient a bit while it go through

If the completion timeframe you communicated to the buyer has passed and the process has become unacceptably delayed, and the buyer no longer wishes to wait, the seller is obligated to either issue a full refund or provide a realistic and firm ETA. Short and reasonable delays are acceptable however, when the delay becomes excessive, the buyer cannot be forced to continue waiting.

@SonicRefs, if the timeframe you stated for completion has already passed, please expedite the resolution or provide the buyer with a realistic ETA. If the service is far from completion and the buyer does not intend to keep waiting, a refund must be issued.

I was told I’d get an email by Monday no email received so I requested a full refund and I am waiting on it.

I received the refund

And for anyone who wants to read this there are issues with the workers being unorganised with poor communication and claims of progress that didn’t add up. The worker asked for basic order info after saying calls were already made and got defensive when questioned.

Also worth noting the refund was only the crypto amount originally sent not the original value paid so I received less back due to the price drop. It’s not about the money just the principle after wasting a customers time for 3 weeks you would think they’d atleast cover that.
Overall bad experience.
