I’m not sales trashing, I'm stating FACTS. I am not gonna sit quiet when you act like you did me a huge favor by refunding me, saying it’s against your "no refund policy" when your bot has been completely dead for 7 days and you did not provide anything to me and also when you try to flip the blame on me for "not messaging you on the forum" like I’m supposed to care who exactly I should chase. I bought through your website, which has a built-in live chat support, and that’s where I was getting info like "no ETA" on when the bot would be back — until you started ignoring me completely when I asked for a refund.
When I asked for an update, you couldn’t even give me an ETA. Now you’re out here pretending to be something big, throwing around "managers" and "team" just to dodge responsibility for your own words.
Take some accountability, it’s not that hard, clown.
