I can confirm this method is well working and alive!
Tutorial:
1. Find a serial number off of ebay! Make sure it is not older than 2 years
2. Call logitech support (find on website) TIP: Try for a female support person! They are way nicer and will be more laid back and accept your story! (hang up and try again) i got it first try!
3. You just got a keyboard for your birthday and used it for a day and now it doesn't work and you have troubleshooted it a ton. You don't have a receipt because it is a gift. You don't know if it is from the Logitech website or not. PS: THEY DO NOT COVER DAMAGES INFLICTED BY YOU Ex: water damage
4. You can use your real address, I haven't used mine twice but I wouldn't recommend it. I used my real name and email and hopefully I don't get in trouble lol
