You as a service, are obligated at least by forum rules not to put customers on the loss and always help them because at least 1 of these options are always available for 4 months ( meanwhile you were just ignorant and careless )
What i request is a full refund of 7600€ for the unprofessional treatment that has put me on a loss, there is clear proof of everything i stated, sent over to an admin
