As I've said to @Xylander I am not interested in him processing the ban. He failed to deliver on his "Estimated 1 to 3 hours Price: $40" -- this was on July 18. It's been 5 days...
I have reminded him again of the paypal account that I used to pay him with. He knows what to do.
