Additional Information: Ignoring my emails, messages and playing dumb. Paid on the 18th, today is the 24th. As per his discord server, he delivers within 24H. I messaged him in 3 platforms and pretty much getting ignored after the payment. When I mentioned that I will open a Scam report, he said he will refund because he can't deliver the product (even though I told him to refund if he did not have the product). Gave him 12h to refund back, left it at "ok". Typical scammer behaviour going on here. As promised to him, opened a scam report.

Heres what happened u sent 8.99 to his paypal but sellpass didnt detect the transaction so i told him refund he took 12 hours to reply it hasnt come yet after checking orders i checked error happened from sellpass end, if u want proof i will send through there

Check my chat i asked u for paypal transaction ID, then we can find order number and refund
