Additional Information: First i bought method how to get gift cards 70% cheaper right all sounds so skibidi nice (amazon...) i get a list of shops like treyshop and memeshop lmfao which do not sell (amazon) gift cards at all, i contacted support he starterd showing me screenshots of some shit thats not even in guide then we talked for bit out of context, then he wouldn't proceed with refund or replacement whenver i say refund or replacement he takes 2 days to answer then i have to say smtg like "skibidi" and he gets ragebaited and called me mentally ill lmfao  https://ibb.co/6RDdH7K4 this is the end and he blocked me lmfao

Hey owner of the shop here, person that is saying that got scammed was only talking to our support and not me, he informed me about it later, he deleted first chat with support where he texted about that he wants to like collab with us because he has prepaids that we can add to shop and sell, but the bot he was talking about that sell prepaids was not his and he didnt have any contact with the owner or anything, he sent support a video on how those prepaids work and after that deleted the chat for no reason, I also have screen recorded video that he sent to support so I can prove that he had chat with support already but he deleted it. In the screenshots you can see that our support offered him a store credit or replacement but instead of taking it he kept on trolling and saying bunch of chilidsh things and kept on insulting the support which is very against the rules on any shop or forum or whatever site, I even texted him myself as you can see in the screenshot and told him that there is no reason to argue and beef and that I can add him the balance on the site but he just said bet bet and nothing happend. So basically whole situation is based on somebody who just tried to troll and didn't even care wtf is he going to recieve, he was offered to get balance or replacement many times but he just kept trolling for no reason. If there is anything else that we need to prove let me know. Also about amazon giftcards, we always announce when they add them and when people stock them in our main channel which also can be seen in screenshot, also its stated that you won't find them always on the shop because all logs, giftcards, anything have their own wave till they get patched and later come back to the shop again. The "proof" that he sent proves nothing but him insulting the guy that works on our support, those people are paid to answer to their questions and they don't need to be insulted and he was very good in his job since he kept answering him even if he trolled the whole time.
