The second Kraken account was banned immediately upon use, Bybit did not support the requested payment methods, and the final Moonpay/Coinbase order was not delivered after extended delays and lack of communication.
As no working solution was ultimately provided to the buyer, @ClownBusiness is required to issue a full refund of 165 USDC to the buyer within 12 hours of this decision. Failure to comply within the given timeframe will result in a permanent ban.
