I want to report a scammer.

I bought an account from his shop and got a key.
But i didnt knew how to redeem hit, so i wrote him on Telegram:

He did now wrote me back so far.
After that I found out that he got a Bot for the keys on the other Scam Report thread about him.
So i tried to activate it with the bot.
But the bot did not do anything:
