- He received his order correctly. After receiving the first file and saying that they weren’t private, I sent more new data, replacing his data +2 times. Even after sending new unique data, he insisted that they weren’t private. Everything was done correctly, but the customer was trying to take advantage to get frequent replacements.
- He deleted the messages and saved only the part where I first sent the data, leaving me without evidence.
- There are challenges when dealing with someone for the first time; unfortunately, this customer acted wrongly to harm me and left me without proof. I am willing to resolve it, whether with new data or a refund, and avoid issues like this in the future by saving screenshots of negotiations.
