0) Order Item sold and shipped by amazon (important)
1) Pref. order a light product and nothing too heavy and big like a monitor / If you can, order it with gift wrapping
2) A few days after your delivery contact customer support
3) Be nice to them and small talk a bit, then explain that you bought something as present (or something like that) for a friend/sibling/...
4) Explain that when they opened the box you were quite embarrassed as the box was literally empty and you had to buy the product from somewhere else
5) Tell them that this has never happened to you on your other orders and you have no clue what to do and simply need help
6) If the rep asks if the package was damaged, say NO! (important, otherwise they will investigate)
7) After a few days (often just instantly) they will refund your money :)
8) If they ask any other questions just stay kind and confused and always stick to the same story (example: Airpods gift for your brother)
If things should go wrong and you messed up, just say that someone from your house took it out the box without you knowing and you simply return it to amazon
