Our service was performed in full and successfully — the refund was approved and processed by Amazon. Unfortunately, its subsequent cancellation by the Amazon system after 4 hours is a rare but possible case of force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
We understand your disappointment and acknowledge that our policy regarding such disputes has not been fully developed. Retaining the full service fee for work that ultimately did not result in financial benefit to you is unfair.
As a solution, we initially offered to credit the amount to your internal balance for future services or assist with a chargeback. We understand that this did not meet your expectations.
Our new proposal: we are willing to meet you halfway and, as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain our reputation, we will refund 100% of the commission you paid. We were able to get a refund for the money paid to the worker. We value every customer and do not want you to have a negative experience.
