- Order an Item that is Sold and Dispatched by Amazon. In you're order include 2-3 Additional Cheaper Items and try to ensure they'll come in one package.
- A few days after delivery, reach out to customer support, explain that you ordered some items recently, but you’re confused and frustrated because one is missing. If They Ask About Package Damage, Say No!
- Once they offer a replacement make up a reason why you no longer need the missing item (e.g., you bought it elsewhere) and request a refund instead of a replacement.
- If the situation doesn’t work out, say that someone in your household took the item out of the box without your knowledge, and you’ll be returning it to Amazon.
