The seller has 24 hours to complete the upgrade using the account provided by the buyer.
If the upgrade is successfully delivered within this time frame, the dispute will be closed.
However:
If the seller fails to deliver the service within the 24-hour window, a full refund becomes mandatory—regardless of the “no refund” ToS—because a service that was never delivered cannot fall under a no-refund policy.
This is the final directive for both sides.
Additionally, the buyer’s multi-account situation will be reviewed separately after this dispute is resolved.
