I presented all the evidence in the other forum thread as well. When this person found out that I did not grant them a dealership for the product, they contacted me using a different Telegram account.
 
They claim they did not make a purchase from me, but all the txids are available. That Telegram account belongs to them; otherwise, how could they have control over the entire conversation? That is their first lie.
 
Second, they banned my account and caused me a $200 loss. I even spent an extra $16 to prove this, just to bluff them.
 
They also keep sabotaging my posts. Don't you think it's strange that this person claims they didn't make a purchase from me?
 
He can even send screenshots. He's selling my account in his own store. When I noticed this and refused to cooperate, he banned my account.
 
Many people on the forum have bought from me. You can check the positive feedback from people who bought the product in the reputation section.
 
He also says things like “patched methods,” etc. I purchased ChatGPT Pro from the official website for $200. I can even send the invoice if requested. My account wasn't banned by OpenAI; they banned it 5 minutes after I argued with the customer. I'm requesting a refund to be able to sell the product again. They're also sabotaging my posts.
 
In the Telegram chat, I initially refused to send him $16 as a bluff. Then, on another forum, he immediately sent me a negative report, which is still there. If it wasn't him, why would he do that?

You lie in your own statement saying after I logged in to your account, it was banned after 5 minutes, so I banned it. But 25$ for 1 month of GPT PRO was paid on November 8, 2025 and it was being used as per your TOS until November 25, 2025, roughly for 16-17 days.
So if I logged into your account and immediately and magically 'caused the ban' on your account within 5 minutes, how come it worked for 17 days?

Since you are reselling the same account to multiple users, it is either any such user could have attempted to close or OpenAI might have recognised the account being logged in from different IP's and from different devices and could have cancelled your Subscription due to your suspicious activity.

Even if we assume OpenAI closed your account, you could contact OpenAI, show them your Billing receipt and re-claim your Subscription. Are you that stupid and naive?? 

If we assume you paid 200$ to OpenAI how can you ask me to pay you 200$ since you never sent me 200$, to pay you back? Why are you being such a retard?

You are yet to share the following:

1. Billing history of your 'own' c@rd with c@rd being in your Official Name.
2. Proof that the C@rd legally belongs to you and only you! 
3. Proof that I logged into your own account and magically 'closed / deleted' the account. 

Send proof to Forum Staff.

Without these proof, you cannot keep making false accusations and keep fooling people here.

Just because you 'assume' I 'closed' your account doesn't mean I actually closed / deleted it. No point in paying 25$ and then closing an account with no logic. 

So if any random user can login to your account and supposedly 'close' your account, it means, you are selling Ultra Low Quality accounts here and that are flimsy and feeble and anyone can access and close it / modify it in whichever way they want to.

Still waiting for proof of Points 1 to 3.

A Telegram chat is not proof of someone logging into your account and 'deleting it'. It could also have been deleted by all the other users who already had access to the account, since you are selling the same account to so many people all around the world.

Let the Moderators see all the valuable information and then decide for themself who is the real scammer here.

If you lost your account because you resold it so many times to so many users all around the world, how are you holding me responsible for it?

List out all the users who you sold the same GPT PRO account and we will investigate from which IP address the account was banned.

First pay me 200$, then if you want I will send 200$ back to you.
