I am not requesting money again. The previous case is closed. I use deepl and said it was a translation error. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I also mentioned this in my previous message.

FOR THE CURRENT ISSUE

As you said, if 2 customers have missing days.

The date and messages of the first purchase made by the 2 old customers. 

I request the conversation they had with you on December 8th. 

If your customers indicated to you on December 8th that they had missing days. 

Send these to me. I will give them the right to use it again for the missing days. 

Please provide these.

After sending these, if the customer has missing days, they will be calculated, and I can grant them usage rights again for the missing days. However, if you cannot provide these, you cannot request anything from me.
