So, I had this guys service for only a month and we are already facing issues. The agreed plan at the start was Family Plan, that costed me 50$ instead of advertised 45$. Anyway recently Spotify changed plans for INDIA specifically, instead of 6 profiles now you only get to upgrade 3 profiles. Seller agreed to it that the so called METHOD was patched and he can't do nothing about it, he said he is still gonna provide service, but with that 3 profiles and a funny thing he wants me to pay +10$ just to get it going again. But as we talked before we agreed on a Family plan (6 profiles), other Countries/Regions still have Family plans for Example Egypt (Even cheaper pricing then the current region that is being used INDIA). Also is trying to avoid refunding, by talking about his TOS, the TOS so called were not provided to me, neither anything was acknowledge about them just until now (When the issue actually occurred). By trying to find an alternative where both parties win, I asked for a partial refund (45$ instead of initial 50$), since I used the service for 1 month, but the payment method that was set for the account was also monthly (It just proves that seller on his end is not losing anything, instead he protects himself from losing money). Once that first month ended, so did my war with seller began. I understand that this guy might have a big reputation or so, but acting like this, having me left on ignore from 12h to days is not right way to deal with your customers. So I am asking Patched administration to help me solve this issue.
