If the completion timeframe you communicated to the buyer has passed and the process has become unacceptably delayed, and the buyer no longer wishes to wait, the seller is obligated to either issue a full refund or provide a realistic and firm ETA. Short and reasonable delays are acceptable however, when the delay becomes excessive, the buyer cannot be forced to continue waiting.
