He is telling about that he purchased for a year but the account Subscription is monthly so i told him before purchase..spotify doesn't allow to pay for a whole year in a single time so we setup autopay on the acc it will pay automatically every month..if it fails due to any reason we will fix it. 

3. He purchased 2 accounts from me the first one old account so it's still working very well with family plan cause it's activated before changing spotify plans..now spotify changed their plans so what can i do in this..

4. I'm still agreed to continue his second account as well with the highest plan of spotify without any extra charges.

5. The second acc is new that's why the plan on this account is changed ( old to new ) so we can't activate the old plan..

6. We don't sell any cracked or hacked accounts..we upgrade customer personal account and the subscription purchased officially..we respect customer privacy.

7. Basically he purchased family plan with 6 members from me and resell the service to other people's spot wise. Now Indian Spotify don't have a plan of 6 members that's he's creating mess with up only for the second account..the first one working well with 6 members that's he didn't mentioned.

8. All I wanted to say we talked before the upgrade will be from India and we talked abt the monthly payment. Now Indian Spotify don't have 6 member family plan anymore.

9. Redunding rules are mentioned in my Telegram Channel Bio ( Terms Of Service ).

10. My request to the admin this type of people just wasting our time and nothing else..now he's not able to sell spotify spot wise that's why he's trying to mess uo all these thing..so i request to admin please close this report and banned this type of people from our beloved patched community.

Listen if we agree on a family plan then do the family plan, they changed the plan structure okay move to different region beyond India and provide the same family plan with 6 profiles. But if you are unable to go beyond then, then your so called INDIAN METHOD is *PATCHED* (you said it yourself), for the same 100$ that I just spent on your services can be done for a same price using my own country pricings, without having my clients need to change accounts (Spotify policy). You are offering the highest plan, but that plan is not what we agreed in the first place. If its family then it has to be family not some renamed Platinums and stuff like that. Also on the TOS part, you don't even have a channel link in your bio, instead you have vouches and your tag ONLY. How am I supposed to know your TOS, the post that I came from did not have the hyper link to the channel either (The one that I mentioned has it, but I wanted specifically to show the service "Spotify"). Anyway, I also offered you to send me less money to cover the month that was upgraded on the account, what is the big deal of refunding the rest of the money if I did not even receive any service for that. Also calling me a waste time man, while you on the other hand avoiding my messages, my explanations, and ghosting me for hours or days. Even yourself, when you had a problem with you BANK, your services had stopped for 10 days, now this. So I think it would be natural for me to expect a refund... Also, the same problem occured on my other account, both of the accounts are in dead end, my customers spamming me for reactivation, my reputation is also on the line. But when I tried to talk to you like normal people, I did not get the same treatment from you, instead I was forced to either read the message "TOS", "I AM STILL OFFERING THE HIGEST PLAN" or just plain ghosting. So please rethink this and try seeing this from both sides, I understand that the money that I paid with probably gone from your wallet already and you tryna make as much as possible (Not an accusation or anything) it is just that try seeing my point of view, in short period of a month I had multiple problems and questions... That is all I have to say, I want to hear what admins say... Been on this forum for over 3y now, never had an issue, + there is no need to waste time if my money and time is on the line. I told you I am here for money, not bullshitting n fuckin around... (I wouldn't take my pretty time to answer all these questions......)
