Based on the available evidence, this is not classified as a scam. The upgrade country (India) and monthly autopay were discussed in advance, and Spotify’s India plan structure has changed (Family/6-member availability became legacy/limited for new signups).
However, the buyer states (and the thread indicates) that the seller has agreed to a partial refund.
Seller (@PremiumZone) must issue the agreed partial refund amount within 24 hours and post proof in this thread (TXID / receipt).
Failure to do so will result in enforcement actions for unresolved dispute/refund evasion per forum policy.
Once the refund proof is posted, this report will be closed as Resolved (Partial refund due to plan changes).
