Additional Information: Initially he provided me with 17k test samples from the dbs and I was quite satisfied with the results i requested another test to confirm the quality and he supplied an additional 5k samples which yielded a similar hit rate with over 30 hits i decided to purchase the entire database from him for 368k expecting a consistent hit rate unfortunately i only received 500 hits which did not match the expected hit rate when i asked him for a replacement or a refund he refused
