Use Tls Client 1.5.4
No need to edit config to put 
proxy as http://user:pass@ip:port
No Need

Just run the Tlsclient first then run the config
use Proxy: Yes
Residential Proxy recommended
such as Rainproxy, Dataimpulse 
922proxy
Ip2world etc
