I contacted him to do an amazon order, he agreed, ask for login information which I provided, he then changed the email for my amazon account without my permission or even telling me that he will do this until after it was done, and then tells me to use MM. I refuse at first, because he just kept demanding things which he should be clear from the start what is needed. I then asked for my amazon account back not wanting to deal with this seller anymore after that experience, which he refused claiming he "already started" when I asked no less then 10 min after him chaging the email. After he refused to provide back the account then I said ok I will MM but you need to then pay the fee since he is the one needing the MM not me, and he refuses. Now he won't give me back my amazon account after telling him several times to do so.

He still refuses to give back my account, I had to call amazon to lock the account and now I have to wait 24 hours to get it back hopefully. This seller should 100% be banned.

After looking at all the messages it is clear that no scam happened. The seller asked for a middleman or upfront payment because of some suspicious actions by the buyer. This is normal and not wrong. The easiest solution is to stop the refund and cancel the deal. If both sides agree they can start the process again. This report is now closed.
