Auth Result: Invalid"

This problem occurred initially, but after adding the SH account 2FA, the following problem appeared.

Auth Result: Unknown
My computer was updated according to the tutorial, and the current version is Windows 11, but I keep getting this prompt when I open the software.

Ask for help to solve the problem

run your browser and the program on the same computer. (If you copied the auth key from different computer, it will not work.)

if the error persists copy your key from the auth page, then paste it into a blank text document and compare it. Maybe it's causing a problem while copying.

For this reason, I even went through the trouble of installing a new Windows 11 system and double-checked the key for any errors, but the login still showed an invalid warning

It has always been logged in under the same computer system, with no changes to the computer
