basically i wanted to buy swapped verified account and went first with him ( gave him half ) after that he said he couldnt get the account done so he said he would refund the $65 back but its been over 3 weeks he never refunded just didnt bother reporting him before, saw him still being active here thats why im reporting.

Buyer has provided clear proof of payment and chat logs where the seller promised a refund. No valid delivery proof was shown and no refund was made after weeks. @Showmeaband You have 24 hours to refund $65 to the buyer.
