I'm not agreed for partial refund cause there is not my fault everything i mentioned in purchase to buyer before selling the service. I showed everything..i can upgarde the highest plan of India have but not refund.

And may be he's doing scam with people that's why his telegram also banned my request to administrator i can upgarde buyer both accounts with the legacy ( the highest plan of spotify ) plan . I'm still providing services and my all customers are very happy..I'm not here to scam 50-60 usd. I have a lot of customers. 

Please administrator take a look and solve this asap

7h ago I uploaded a message here on forum saying that buyer agreed to a partial refund, he had to verify that I am the real AddictQuee (which was professional on his side), he also said that he agrees on the 40$ partial refund (originally paid 50$ per account) I also told him that second went into shambles and faces the same issue, he said that he will be fixing that after the work. Sadly the whole chat was not recorded or screenshotted by me and the seller cleared the chats... (So everything is now with no evidence) 

All tho I uploaded the message to the forum, after that Seller sent a message with no reaction to my message. Now the chats are cleared, he started acting fool while talking to me in the chats and saying that he never agreed to anything. Now when I told him that he agreed to the refund and he said he did not, he uploads a message here on forum again??? Of course there is no evidence of me being able to provide on my side thanks to Telegrams amazing chat history clear on both parties. I will be attaching the new chats here on the forum.

We have reviewed the dispute and the seller’s provided Terms of Service. Although the TOS mentions a "No Refund" policy for a "patched method," this does not authorize the delivery of a service that is significantly different (3 profiles instead of 6) from what was originally advertised and purchased. The buyer is not obligated to accept a downgraded plan that fails to meet the initial agreement. Therefore, the buyer has the option to either continue with the current service or receive a partial refund corresponding to the remaining unused duration of the subscription. @PremiumZone must resolve this with the buyer or process the refund within 24 hours to avoid a permanent ban for an unresolved dispute.

More chats, as I told the Seller that we can work something out, not dropping some random numbers. 45$ is an absurd, at first he tells me he does it himself, then its somebody else. Lies, after lies, after lies, now he doesn't have money. Okay Ii understand, but then why before talk about how he is not a scammer, how he doesn't care about 60$, how he has alot of customers and I am only a time waster. Now he says that he is borrowing the money from friend, like dude what? You got business of upgrades/IRL work how are you not managing your financials? 55$ of a loss for me for 2account 1 months  subscription??? I told him I am willing to wait, I asked him how much would he see reasonable to refund if he HAD SO CLAIMED MONEY. No seller just acts as a wall that makes me talk to myself.... He tells me I don't understand his position, bros a victim now???? I just can't, how can such a small problem be going in circles for this long.... Buying time doing nothing...
