Additional Information:

Hello, I placed an upgrade order through this thread, directly on the provided website.
I paid via PayPal, but I haven't received any updates on my order.
The Discord link isn't working, and I managed to contact them on Telegram, but initially received no response.
I saw the thread was bumped, so I posted that I hadn't received a reply and that the seller had time to bump their thread.
I received a response quickly after this. I provided my Google account, but they told me they couldn't pay from India with it.
So I provided a secondary account, but they said they couldn't log in (I tested it on different devices, no problem). I provided a third account, also a personal one, but they told me it was a "fresh" account and that it didn't work. The account is from 2024; it's definitely not "fresh."
I should also point out that no prerequisites were indicated on the website or in the thread for activating premium.
Although these three accounts are personal accounts, not business accounts. I then requested a refund, but he told me no refund.
When I said I would file a scam report, he laughed in my face, insulted me, and told me I would waste 30 days filing a PayPal dispute.
The person simply messed up and is refusing the refund.

I can provide all personal payment or other information to an admin privately if needed.

1. This user is multi-accounting and currently has two accounts on the forum (@holm666, @holm510). He’s also manipulating his reputation by using his alt to vouch for himself. Once this dispute is resolved, he should be banned.
2. He still hasn’t provided the second account for the upgrade, even though I asked for it. Instead, he opened a dispute after we denied his refund request, despite our clearly stated terms: “All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.”
3. He then deleted the chat on his side (bot tickets can only be deleted client-side). It looks like he tried to blame that on me to make me look bad. (https://ibb.co/gMJ6P7kL)
4. Throughout the process, he kept insulting me and refused to cooperate.

Once he provides the account, it will be upgraded. @A35

1. Yes, it is indeed another account of mine. I'm not necessarily a very regular user of Patched, and I thought the forum had closed before realizing the domain had changed. When I discovered the new domain name, I didn't realize my old account was still active; I thought it was a "new" forum. The @holm666 account can therefore be deleted; I haven't found an option to do it myself.

2. That's false. I provided a total of three accounts, as the screenshots prove (I can provide them to an admin without the hidden information). All three accounts are my personal accounts, not "fresh" accounts. I received three different excuses: First, the account didn't accept "India" payments. Second, they couldn't access it even though the information was correct. Third, they told me the account was "fresh," even though I proved the account dates back to 2024.
Your terms and conditions do not specify any account upgrade conditions, you failed, while another reputable forum member succeeded in 2 minutes on the same account.

3. That's wrong, I don't know how the bot works, but my conversation was definitely deleted, what would be the point of deleting it when I just posted the entire screenshots of it?

I think this user is taking advantage of their "active" forum member status to look down on people and then complain about it later. The 24-hour deadline wasn't met. You failed three times, so now just refund me. You failed, while someone more serious succeeded in two minutes. And even when I proved it to you on Telegram, you wouldn't accept that you failed when someone else succeeded, telling me it was fake or that the other person "just activated a trial."

1. Multi memberships are never allowed in the forum. The moment the person is detected, it will result in a permanent ban.
These rules apply to everyone. And if you really “forgot” about your old account, why did you rep it from your new one?

1.If the admins can see the login history, they'll see that my other account was inactive. I repeated it to try and get email or something (notifications). There's no point in exploiting a minor detail from an inexperienced user to excuse your scam.

2.Is this your job? You're just using subpar IPs or something. Am I supposed to be a mind reader before placing my order to know your so-called requirements? The third account wasn't brand new, I proved that above. And how do you explain someone succeeding in 2 minutes on that same account? They're a highly reputable forum member (more so than you), I can provide proof to the admins privately. You're just incompetent, and you're blaming others. This is your job, not mine. I'm ordering a service; no prerequisites are listed on your website or in your thread.
